Mailing

We provide a complete postal mailing service, administrative or promotional: address file management, mail-merge and printing, enveloping with or without correlation, film wrapping, advantageous postage (Mail-ID, Bpack) and drop-off at the Masspost Centre (Brussels X).

Large-volume mailings

With teams of 60 people we stay highly responsive even on large volumes: we regularly envelope runs of over 100,000 copies, reallocating teams according to your urgency.

Complex mailing management

Advanced personalisation, address correlation across 2 or more elements: our teams are drilled in this precision work, backed by an advanced control system. Folding, box assembly, sample gluing and inserting are all done in our workshops.

Postage at the best rates

We negotiated advantageous terms with Bpost (Mail-ID rate from 500 copies, sequence sorting, international mail, Bpack parcels) and pass them on to you. GDPR-compliant: no file kept beyond the time needed.
