Based in Uccle, APAM is a Tailored Work Company (ETA) whose mission is to provide meaningful employment for people with disabilities: financial independence and an activity suited to each person’s abilities, under salaried-worker status.

The activity is highly diversified: packaging, mailing, shrink-wrapping, electrical assembly, carpentry, recycling, gardening, door-to-door distribution… APAM currently employs 170 people, including 140 workers with disabilities.
